What even is Smoke & Spoon BBQ? THAT IS A GREAT QUESTION.

Smoke & Spoon BBQ is a local traveling Pop-Up and Catering Business founded in 2025 by 19-year-old Evan Wiederspohn. Although BBQ is in the title, that's just one aspect of business! Our Founder has a huge passion for BBQ and is where he got his start in the culinary scene, but he believes that food only advances when limits are pushed and new things are tried. He has years of experience working inside of fine dining kitchens and even live fire cooking which has allowed our menu to be FULL of creativity and a passion that you can see in every dish that you can find. Smoke and Spoon BBQ refuses to stay in the box and always strives to bring something new with the highest quality possible.

My definition of success is someone or something becoming the best version of itself and I fully intend to bring that approach to Smoke and Spoon BBQ. I truly believe I have so much to offer the culinary world with my passion and immense amount of experience in so many different areas in this field and I can't wait to finally bring it to life. At Smoke and Spoon, we pride ourselves in having a vast experience in so many different styles of cooking outside of BBQ. We love it when customers bring up suggestions and special requests and we are never afraid a challenge.
Although we can do anything you have in mind, sometimes you don't even know where to start. That's ok! We've attached a menu with some of our personal favorites that will fit any party!
